Things To Do When You’re Feeling Down


Yep, it’s a part of life.  We all feel a little down at times.  Life is undoubtedly filled with a lot of ups and downs.  It does seem to help if you can come to an acceptance of this reality.  When you’re having “one of those days”, tell yourself you’ll just go with the flow, ride the waves.  It never lasts forever and you always get through it.  Here’s something I’ve done on many of those days that may sound impossible to do in the midst of it all, but it’s always worked for me.  Before I get too worked up and stressed out, I try to find the hidden joy underneath it all.  What I mean by that is I find whatever it is I can feel grateful for even in the middle of all the stress.  There’s always something you can find to remind yourself of this.

And of course, sometimes you just need a little extra help, a little extra boost.  Click on the pic above to enlarge it and pick out something, or a few things, that you can do to help lift you up.
